I'm what you'd consider a "home town" girl, in that I've lived basically my entire life in the same area of Conroe, Texas. I regularly joke about not being able to go literally ANYWHERE without running into people I know. I've been licensed to do hair for over 20 years, but chose a different career path while my kids were growing up, and now I'm back! Trends, hair products, and the science of it all have changed during the years, so I'm restarting this career by training with Amanda to make sure I'm caught up and can deliver the best results for you.
Fun fact about me: I took my first plane ride ever at the age of 37! Being from a small town sometimes has kept me "in a box" and I have definitely learned over the past few years that it's time to break out of that! Career-wise I've tried many things- from the auto industry, to medical field, to education, to hair, which has really taught me that I CAN do anything- and I'm super excited to be part of your hair journey and experience with our salon.
